In Depth One-On-One Sessions

3 one-on-one sessions per month, personalized and specific to your
needs and desires, gently overcoming the challenges and obstacles that stand in your way and liberating you to express more of your hidden potentials. Any of the following modalities are available to you as needed throughout your journey with Colette:

• Integrative Healing & Transformation: You can expect deep and often life-changing healing of anything upsetting you, be it recent or decades old, be it conscious or subconscious, whether mental, emotional or spiritual. We’ll also address any physical and metaphysical deficiencies or excesses that negatively impact how you think and feel, particularly about yourself.
• Medical intuition: You’ll receive exceptional understanding about your body’s physical state, and about how your mind is affecting your body, and vice versa. In doing so, we identify and then remedy the problems responsible for imbalances, blockages and untapped potentials. Addressing the physical and metaphysical simultaneously, frees your body from unhealthy paradigms, allowing it to use more of its innate intelligence to better serve you, your mind and your spirit.

  Caveat: medical intuition is not a substitute for medical diagnostics. Warning: a likely side effect is that you’ll love your body a lot more!

• Health & Life Coaching: Checking that your lifestyle habits and your home environment support your optimum physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In and of itself, this is a journey of self-discovery that will raise your vibration and that of anyone living with you.

• EFT Emotional Freedom Technique : Guided EFT to heal trauma, subconscious sabotage, inner child wounds and ego mindsets. This may include anger, frustration, procrastination, sense of loss, anxiety, depression, sadness, grief and any other emotion eating away at your happiness.
• Akashic Records Readings : for spiritual healing, guidance for any aspect of your life and, for improving your relationship with your soul and God.

Ongoing Support

2 follow-up phone calls per month with Colette to ensure you’re doing well and staying on course with your goals. You may also freely text or email Colette for pressure relief or guidance, and with Colette’s assistant Gabriela who is at your service to answer practical or technical questions.

Integration Practices

These are exercises and recommendations specific to your personal needs and circumstances, aimed at helping you expand your awareness and raise your vibration. Sometimes it can be as simple as watching a documentary or listening to a podcast relevant to your situation.

Progressive Souls Academy

Free participation in our Progressive Souls Academy, a private community with whom we learn and grow, and where you get to ask Colette for support or guidance on any of the many subjects we cover. Progressive Souls resumes in January 2023 and meets once a month.
